In this module you will learn how to service a bottom bracket step by step. You'll learn how to remove the cranks (the bits that the pedals are attached to); and how to undo the bottom bracket to inspect it and, if necessary, adjust it or service it (depending on the type of bottom bracket) to achieve smooth riding.

(Although we realise of the advantages of working on one's own bicycle, because of the nature of bottom brackets, we decided it was best if this courses is practiced on bicycles provided by us).
